I'm a medical school cardiovascular-kidney doc. I called one of my pulmonary associates who said that to the best of his knowledge, neither has gained full approval.

I'm sending this as a question rather than an answer so that you will not have to pay unless you want to tell me why you are asking, and if it's for you, any way that I might help you.

We do not have a pulmonary doc on staff, but some of the ICU nurses may be able to help.

I'll post a request for assistance.
