I can only go by the information you have supplied, I don't know your full medical history, have access to blood work etc., However there are so many things that can cause swelling, that without doing some blood work to get an idea is just a guess.
Since your BP is doing fine, you really need to further find out what is going on. I don't know if you are over weight, but losing weight can cause an irregular in menstruation. It may be that you are also going into menopause as well, which can be confirmed via blood work.
You can do things to help with the swelling, but I also do suggest in finding out why. You could be retaining water by eating high sodium foods. Sitting for long periods of time. Certain medications can cause this too. You may need a water pill to help with this. In the mean time lower your salt intake, don't drink soda pop, drink more water which will actually flush your system as well. Coffee is a natural diuretic as well. Elevate your feet as often as possible. There are also special stockings you can purchase for circulation, which help compress the fluid back into the veins, so it can be flushed out through the kidney. But I do still stress to have your doctor do a full blood work up. It may just be something temporary again, such as before. But it's always best to be safe as well.
So to say Heart related, I can't answer that since I don't know your history..
Hope this helps Hun.
