Hirschprung's Disease and conception

I have just found out fairly recently that I am pregnant, this was totally unplanned and not really the right time in my life for a baby, not to mention that the father was a very brief relationship and we are not together any more. I am booked in to have a termination in two days time (though not feeling 100% on this) I was also born with Hirschprung's disease as a child and vaguely recall somebody saying that I could have trouble concieving in the future. I wondered how true this is? Although this is not really the right time and place for a baby in my life could throwing this chance away be very foolish given my medical history? I wanted to know the extent to which it may be difficult for me to concieve in the future?
