ALthough the symptoms you are experiencing are a sign of ovarian cance, your symptoms are also relate to many less life threatening medical conditions. I suggest making an appointment with your GYN if you have a family history of ovarian cancer. This will provide you with accurate diagnosis and perhaps provide peace of mind.
You may be experiencing IBS or gallbladder symptoms.
