I'm a 28 year old female, over the last 2 years I have had repeated sinus, ear and upper respiratory infections as well as a FUO from October 2005-February 2006. I have seen allergists, ENTs, internists, and immunologists and no one can explain why this is happening. I NEVER had a sinus infection until this started. The only things of note from my million dollar medical work up are: Slightly elevated WBC, a boarderline IgA level 68-70 usually (supposedly not low enough to create these problems) and an area of increased density on my liver indicated as a probable cavernous hemangioma. One item to note about the liver CT- I had on last May and there were no abnormalities noted. I'm just at a loss as to what I can do to improve my situation. I keep getting sick over and over and over, I've taken 4 courses of steroids and over 250 days of antibiotics in the last 12 months alone. It seems that I have less of a problem during the summer months, and then around August/September things start to spiral downhill. Do you have any idea what could be causing this? Until the last 2 years I have been very healthy and active, I would very much like to be able to get back to that, and not have to constantly worry about infections. It's incredibly upsetting to feel like there is no end in sight. Thanks!
Optional Information: Female , Age: 28
