Hello Chase,

My symptoms started approx. 2 months ago. I have experienced a flip flop motion in my chest. My chest becomes very tight causing me to have severe difficulty breathing. After approx. 30 seconds I am able to catch my breath again. But then I experience shortness of breath for several hours. Thats followed up by tiredness of course. Other symptoms are swelling of fingers, both hands especially after I've been asleep. My hands will get so cold for no reason, then they appear shriveled up and look slightly bluish. Also I wasn't conecting the symptoms until now, but my scalp keeps going numb and getting tingly. I literally cannot lay on my left side without feeling shortness of breath. At least once every couple of weeks. I eat well, low fat, low carb, high protein diet. I am 5'4 approx. 116 lbs. low to moderate excercise weekly. My family has a history of heart problems and heart disease parents and grandparents. I have surfed and come up with several heart conditions on my own, this doesn't appear to be anxiety as far as the symptoms I've read. Not certain though never had it before. I hope you can either send me some information or give me some direction. I'm trying to avoid costly hospital tests. Please help
