in need of guidance

Approximately 3 years ago i was bitten on the outer side of my hand by a cactus, a house plant, that I was moving to another area of my home. The area of my hand that was affected rapidly became inflamed and very painful so after a few days I visited an ER service and was given antibiotics; thereafter, I visited the same ER unit another 3 times and was given various antibiotics with little or no relief. The painful rash on my hands slowly began to creep up my right arm. After about a year of antibiotics and no resolve, one day the top of my head began to itch profusely and then gradually so did my legs. After about two weeks of the itching, one day, the left side of my face began to feel like it was burning, almost as though something was eating it, and in about fifteen minutes time I went from looking sunburned to looking as though I had been hitten with a ball bat. Since then I have visited my family practice and the ER at least twenty more times looking as though I had been beaten with a ball bat on the left side of my face. I have had a series of tests for lupus and other immune disorders and blood work more times than I can count. I have been diagnosed as cellulitis I dont know how many times and was eventually put on a daily antibiotic for more than a year until it began to cause my liver enzymes to react. Never has any of the cultures of what was believed to be infection showed any infection so since I was having enzyme trouble I quit taking the antibiotics daily and can honestly say they probably werent helping anyway since my inigma didnt seem to worsen after quitting them. I am without insurance and have racked up thousands of dollars in medical expenses and still dont know what is happening to me. My last trip to the ER, I had a meltdown and a young doctor was kind enough to do a biopsy and cat scan. The cat scan tech mented that it showed some "shredding in my face" but was disallowed to discuss it. Noone called me with the biopsy results so I called them and was told the the sample showed hypergranulosis with focal parakeratosis? Two days ago I noticed the back of my neck enlarging and upon washing with antibacterial soap it began to drain, seemingly all over the area without any opening a greasy material that made me sick to look at. After draing a huge amount from the area I was unable to locate any hot spot or opening for the drainage; however, small area felt more painful than the rest, turning white and softer. A while back I had noticed that what appears to be lymph was falling into my neck and chin making my chin and ear appear to be larger. The reason I notice my neck was I had had a headache, which I never get, for about a week and my right eye was beginning to turn pink as though it were under preasure. The whatever it is no longer falls in my face but now is falling to my chin and the back of my neck. The trauma to my face left no scarring on the face but areas of my neck are becoming discolored. I was referred to a dermatologist a few times but by the time I was able to get an appointment with one the situation was usually resolved. I am a 45 year old woman, not over weight and in good healty with the exception of an anemia I was born with. I dont absorb folate properly. The heat of the summer seems to be making whatever this is worse. This little nightmare has just about ruined my life, in that, I am unable to plan anything in advance because more often than not I will have a bout of ugliness. Additionally when it was falling to my face, now and then, I would become somewhat blind, leaving me unable to drive. I would appreciate any information since I'm not even sure which type of doctor I should make my next appointment with? Thanks in advance.
