Reply to 4ren6's Post: No not bi polar. There is a 16 year old male who has for the past four years had loss of function in his limbs that restores itself. The seizures trigger this lathargy in the muscles.
Recently he was diagnosed with biocular disorder, that is associated with the eyes. I am trying to collect as much info as I can.
