I'm not sure what side effects you have. But keep in mind it does take about 6-8 weeks to get the full effects of the medication. Since I don't know your full medical history and didn't prescribe the medication, you may wish to give your doctor a call this weekend, as he does have an answering service and will call you back. Since it does take time to build up in your system to get the full effects, 2 days wouldn't by not taking, them because actually it would only be one day, because on the 2nd day (Monday) you would see him. But keep in mind, that one day off won't make a change yet. So with all that said, hopefully you can make a choice that works for you. Due to the fact that I am not the one who prescribed the medication, I can't "tell" you how to take them. But I can give you some ideas etc.

Best of luck Hun, Hope this helps, If you need anything else please feel free to ask. If you found this helpful don’t forget to click the *ACCEPT* button and leave *POSITIVE* feedback.
