I am 46 years old and have been taking Vicodin ES 4 to 6 xday for the past 8 years. I cannot go into re-hab for various reasons. Is there anything I can do at home to help with the withdrawal? My doctor is aware of the problem but doesn't seem very concerned. Please can you help me?
