I have recently gotten a small "bumpy" rash ...

I have recently gotten a small "bumpy" rash on one side of my penis. It's about the size of a nickel. I have not had sex with any "strange" partners, but I do cycle about 200 miles a week. I've had the bumpy rash now for about 1 month. Please help?
