MY GRANDDAUGHTER HAS A TEMPURE OF 105, SHE HAS NOT COMPLAINED ABOUT ANYTHING EXCEPT A PAIN IN THE STOMIC NOW AND THEN PAIN LEVEL IS 2

With this high of a temperature it can be extremely dangerous even if the only symptom is abdominal pain. If the fever reducers are not effective you need to have her seen as soon as possible as any temperature that is over 104 for more than a few hours is considered a medical emergency and the abdominal pain could be problems with her appendix, colon, or intestional tract. Even with minimal pain if you cannot get the fever down then have her seen as soon as possible.
