just a dermatologist but he was a rookie and didn't have any clue. He thought it would go away on its own but it hasn't and the tingling burning is really getting to me. My hands and toes are always cold and arms and legs white as a ghost compared to my normal colored torso.

I have never taken illegal drugs and I don't drink alchol. I have taken ambien about 5 times to help me fall asleep and tried a couple anti depressants in the past but they started to give me headaches so I stopped. Currently taking no prescription medications. I am very fatigued all the time as well, had some sleeping issues but now I get 8 hours a night but so tired. Very athletic but injured my hip so I don't run as much as I used to but work out still everyday. On a disablity break for depression.

At 38 your young to have heart or circulatory problems but from what you describe you may need to see a Cardiologist to rule out any circulatory problems. I would at a minimum suggest having blood work with differential to show any other possible cause's. This is not a depressive symptom but a biological one in nature and you need to see a doctor for a good work up on this. I would also speak to someone on the depression issues as there are many good mediations to help.

Go to a Cardiologist or your primary to get this started. It is not a dermatological problem.

If I may be of further assistance please reply.

Yes, under the circumstances. The symptoms you describe are indicative to circulatory or cardio problems. You may be able to obtain assistance from any hospital as indigent care. If your income is low then they can and do offer indigent care for those that qualify. You really need to have this checked by someone.

If you would like I can see if a doctor is on at the current time to speak with you as well.
