hi,
im 43, dont smoke, yes im overweight, no i dont snore. i have GERD's. im female , no trouble breathing when im awake or asleep that im aware of. its that time when your drifting off to sleep that i have the trouble. my nurse practioner says i have like an overexerted jerk-reflex thing. i go to a chiropractor, have arthritis in my neck, get lots of exercise, work 7 days a week split shifts delivering newspapers and bundles. whatever is going on with me has happened in the past many times not sure why it would end or begin again. feels like spasms of some kind but scary because most times i feel like i cant breathe til i fully wake up and then the breathing is fine. am i weird???   thanks
