Pregnancy kits and hormone pills

I am a 39 year old widow of 3 years and am now in a wonderful relationship. My husband was from Spain and I still have a lot of legal issues to deal with over there so I travel a lot and am under a lot of stress. My new partner and I have been trying for 6 months to get pregnant but I have been back and forth to Spain 3 times in that time frame. I am interested in buying a pre-natal kit and was also thinking of buying ovulex pills in order to increase my chances (my period has not been very consistent these past few years) and I wanted to ask your help. What kind of kit should I get? There are so many of them. And, does ovulex really work? I also read on your website that progesterone cream works well. Is that true? I am planning on being with my fiance for the next three months before I have to head back to Spain for a month but getting pregnant is becoming my number on priority. Please help. Thanks
