It may be that your pantihose are too tight and cutting off your circulation. Especially, if you only experience this when wearing pantihose.

Medically, there are no conditions related to pain from wearing pantihose; however, if you haad symptoims of itching with a vaginal discharge associated with the pain, then medically you would have a vaginal yeast infection.

Can you tell me a bit more about the pain? Is it burning in nature? Any other symptoms?

Reply to Deborah's Post: I've had burning and itching, although not constant. No discharge. This burning seems to occur often, sometimes when I do not wear pantyhose, but it always seems to happen w/pantyhose. I've made sure the pantyhose is the correct size. Burning also seems to be before the vaginal opening.

It is not unsual for some women to experience a reaction to the nylon in the hose. Make sure to wear cotton crptch pantihose, and better yet, try some thigh high.

Sme women find they do better if they do not wear panties and pantihose. Most doctors will tell you not to wear panties and pantihose as this keeps the vaginal ara to moist and open to yeast and other infections.

Go to the pharmacy and buy some over the counter Vagisil. See if that helps, if not that make an appointment with your GYN.
