I am tired, but get lots of rest. I have trouble sleeping. I feel like I have muscle fatigue and get tingling in my legs. I also seem to be more forgetful lately. Can you tell me what this might be? Thanks.

Hello and Welcome to Just Answer,

Can you tell me if you have any kind of medical conditions that you know of? Also are you on any type of medications? If so, what are the names of them? What kind of trouble are you having when you sleep? Hard to fall asleep? Hard to stay asleep? Wake up often during the night? Any type of leg pain while trying to go to sleep?
