What procedures are avaiable to conceive a child after my husband had a vasectomy approx. 2 years ago? This is engulfing my llife -I just turned forty, have 2 healthy children and I am aching for another biological child.. What steps can be taken to get pregnant? Please help - we re desperate!

If my husband decides not to get a reversal, is there some medical procedure to remove his sperm from the scrotum and inject sperm into my uterus? I this possib;e?
