37 year old female having right upper chest/back pain ...

37 year old female having right upper chest/back pain (heaviness sometimes stapping) heaviness and numbness radiates through the right arm and right arm/hand is cold. Also have had a 4 day long migraine. Help!

Note gallbladder was removed 10 years ago and it is not anxiety.
