In a family of 5 offspring born to the same parents, the first 2 born(a boy, then a girl)3 years apart do not have any mental problems. The next 3 born (2 girls and a boy) approximately 3 years apart and all 3 have mental problems. Can you explain this?

the Bible says that the sins of the parents can go to the children up to 4 generations...my father used to go to whiches and staff...and out of 4 of us i felt that me got the punishment from my father...i even felt one time that something came over me while slipping and pushed me against the bad ... all this can be brocken when one turns to Jesus ..he can help and set people free....that what i do

if it is a medical problem..i know some people say all mental problems are medical..but i believe some are just spiritual..i am not saying that in your case is medical or spiiritual, you decide that

There are many theories as to why one develops a mental illness.  Some believe that it is a combination of genetics and possibly emotional or environmental trauma.  They are still researching the possibility of environmental toxins or even viral infections.  Family members generations ago may have had mental illness but no one really talked about it, and it was passed on.  Alcoholism and drug abuse can mask mental illness.  If you have anymore questions please let me know!  Nurse Hope
