I have a hard lump on my vagina. Its about the size of a pencil eraser and it hurts when touched but otherwise painless. Is it an STD. There is nothing else wrong physically.

-Where exactly is the lump located (eg-outer labia? inner labia? near urethra?

-Also tell me the general direction (eg-6 o' clock? 10 o' clock? etc)

-Any drainage?

Its on the inside of the outer labia about 1:00 near the hair line. No drainage, just hard lump, developed a few days ago after menstral cycle.
