Could this be menopause...I am 46 having periods every 10 ...

Could this be menopause...I am 46 having periods every 10 days lasting five days, abdominal swelling bloating, gas and severe constipation, mood swings are out of control, lower back pain is hideous, and I have just starting having sever pain in and around the ovary area?
