Nashua,dizziness, with swetts and rapid heat speading through his body then he vomited. He says he feels a little better after vomiting, what could it be?

-When (exactly) did all this start?

-Is there a measurable fever?...what is the temp?

-What did he eat for dinner?....lunch?

-Any diarrhea?...other symptoms?
