what causes a high iron saturation rate?

My iron saturation rate is 51. I'm told normal is 45.

11/03 Rupture appendix. Week hospital stay. Received two units of packed blood cells. My Hemmicrit was 7.5.
01/04 Appendectomy. Laparscopic
06/04 Had a full abdominal hysterectomy. Due to memorgrehia and ademeterois and severe anemia.

Reason for doctor: Annual physical and wanted to make sure the anemia is under control. My twin brother is having some liver issues.

Taking Flexerall and naproxen, nexeum.

Haemoglobin 14 and ??? 42
Ferriten 93
Iron 128
