I have pain and pressure in the center of my torso, abut the bottom of my ribs. It has been going on for a day or so and seemed to go away last night when i ate, but came back so strong while i was sleeping it woke me up and i cannot sleep now. any ideas what this is? also sharp cramps/shooting pains on occasions.

-Is it on Rt. side, left side, or center (epigastric)?

-Any nausea or vomiting?...fever?

-On a 1-->10 scale, how bad is it (10 is WORST pain in your life?)

-Where are the 'sharp, shooting pains/cramps' located?
