I'm 26 years old. I am close to being 2 months

I'm 26 years old. I am close to being 2 months late on my menstral cycle. I've had stomach pain, dizzyness, and nausea. I've already been to the clinic and they have ruled out pregnancy with a urine test and a blood test. What could be the cause of this?
