Microsurgery 2

I am trying to get a question about microsurgery answered. However, there was no category with the specialty of "microsurgery" under the "find-a-doctor" thing (I guess it is a little TOO specialized), no forum for it, I even did a search on google for things like "microsurgeon referral service", "microsurgeon directory" and "microsurgery forums". Nothing. So, If anyone knows of any way to get in contact with a microsurgeon or get in touch with a good one who I could contact over the internet, or be referred to one, I would really appreciate it. Thank you very much.

Neither of those were really that helpful? Do you think you could find the actual websites of any microsurgeons themselves that I could email or get some kind of an online consultation with or, failing that, some website pertaining to microsurgery that I could post or email questions to?

I'm just looking for any site dedicated to that specialty with message boards, forums, contact info or email of any kind to submit questions and have them answered, or prefrably several sites matching that description so there is a greater chance of actually being answered.
