I am at work and with in about 15 min my vision has become blured more so in my right eye. It seem like i had gone out in the sun and came back in to total darkness. But i have not been out side my building since 12:30pm today. My head is starting to hurt as well and yes this was sudden. What is going on and do i need to see a Dr.

This may be considered "temporary blindness" ....and it could be a result of a migraine - or stress, or eye strain or eye disease or medical condition (not to alarm you...but, Multiple Sclerosis is one such condition that causes eye problems Optic Neuritis...with symptoms as you describe). I would seek out an ophthalmologist as soon as possible...one should not wait when it concerns their vision/overall health and well-being.

Personally, this has happened to me in the past - and it was caused from combination stress/migraine.
