Question

Drug Testing; Specific Question.

Sent to Health Experts June 15, 2005 6:17 p.m.

Hello and thanks for indulging my inquiry,

My question is regarding two very specific drugs and their ability to be detected on a drug test (both Urinalysis and Hair Follicle). This should be very simple for someone who is familiar with conducting these tests to answer, and I do look forward to the response! Much thanks.

A)     I’ve never heard of Paxil or any other SSRI as being flagged on a drug test; nonetheless, I need to know if Aropax (paroxetine) is something that any trace of its use might appear on a Urinalysis and/or Hair Follicle test. This is with respect to a regular dosage of 20mg/day.
B)     Provigil, or in this case Modapro (monofidil), is a drug I’ve heard rumored to come up frequently on Urinalyses, but I seek a conclusive answer to this from a professional. Would a regular dose of 100mg/day or even 200mg/day of Modapro be something that any trace of might appear on a Urinalysis and/or Hair Follicle test?

Again, my enormous thanks for your taking this time with me!
Best Wishes,
Jeff
