Zoloft and Pregnancy

I j ust started taking Zoloft 50 mg almost 2 weeks ago. I am 7 months pregnant I will say last friday i said something to my boyfriend that i did not mean to say i actually lied to him and about 30 sec. later i told him the truth but it did take a few min to reg that i had lied to him un knowinly and not intientionally is this due to the medication because it was an impulsive action and not something i would have done since i had tried so hard to get him back please answer me.
