Ive never heard of one dose for 4 days,another different one on other days,Usually seizure medicine is taken the same dosage each day to keep the blood level in tact, either one pill 3x a day etc....He needs to find out the dosage first ,if its one pill 3xs a day then this works out for 90 pills a month, So he should take the same amount pills 7 days a week,not a dose of 500 mg. tues,thurs, sat and 300 for example mon,wed, and sun. The way scripts work is 90 pills every 30 days so he gets enough fo9r 3 months, even though one time every 3 months is a day with 31 days, when you add up the amount of days in jan,feb,mar it equals 90 days, april may june-90 days, jul aug sept,-90 days,oct,nov dec.90 days,The way you figure out is wrong,take the meds exactly as the bottle states,1 pill 3xs a day ,every day of the week,
