Are fettishes for inanimate objects and constant sexual thoughts(just a female face on a picture is enough to stimulate sexual thoughts, as also certain kind of facial features and hair)signs of a mental disorder? What treatment is available?

I think it would be a mental disorder only if it took up every waking minute of the persons thought process. If it interfered with living a normal life. This would be a type of obsessive disorder.

Then, the first line of treatment might be psychotherapy, with medication recommendations from a psychiatrist.

Hope that helps,

Kerry
