It could be signs of a hormonal change in your body as far as some of the body changes that you are experiencing. The metal taste in your mouth can come from several things colds, nasal infection or sinusitis, salivary gland infections, and sometimes side effects from medication or diet related. I think with taking two pregnancy tests, and the fact that your husband had a vasectomy makes it very unlikely that you are pregnant. You might want to make an appointment with your physician to have further testing done as some of the symptoms that you are describing such as fatigue, and nausea can coincide with diabetes as well. It seems that you could have a couple of things going on and I highly recommend that you make an appointment with your physician so they can do a full blood workup, examination, and urine analysis to determine the cause of all the symptoms that you seen to be experiencing at this time. I hope this information will be able to help you and if you have any further questions please let me know.
