I'm not sure what I've done to myself. The day before yesterday it started with hot and cold flashes, literally shivering and sweating. That was when the lower left part of my back started hurting too. I didn't throw up that day, but I did feel nauseous. Yesterday early morning I took 2 Excedrin Migraine so I could sleep. Yesterday early afternoon I took one more Excedrin Migraine just shortly after throwing up. Two hours later I took a dose of Dayquil. I felt okay for a couple of hours then I started throwing up every 20 minutes. It tasted like medicine and was yellowish phlegmy. The hot and cold flashes continued. Today I feel mostly okay, but the lower left part of my back still hurts really bad. I have a 1yr old daughter, and whenever she crawls on me it really hurts. Any injury really hurts - I whaked my funny bone last night and I cried from the pain. I'm still cold in my bones, but I haven't taken any medicine because I think I might have almost OD'd yesterday. I can't afford my co-pay to see a doctor - what should I do?
