I am a 67 year old male who is into alternative therapies and have been for many years. I feel I have healed myself many times over. The only real problem I have experienced over the years is incontinence, especially at night. I wear a pad during the day because I sometimes experience uncontroled wetting. Last year,I went to a hospital as an outpatient and had tests done to see if they could figure out my problem. I was told then that I had prostate cancer. I refused the surgery and felt that with my knowledge, I could self treat. My bladder and kidneys at the time also had taken a beating. I believe that to have happen because at the time, I never seemed to be able to completely evacuate my bladder each time I urinated, and always felt the need to urinate again immediately. The doctors gave me a catheter and without going into detail, left it in too long. I developed parasites which they denied I had, but I passed several of them and collected for them to see. I was put on very strong antibiotics, which didn't seem to help. The parasites stayed there until I did some therapy on my own, which did get rid of them. The doctors told me one of my kidneys and my bladder were shot. I don't know how I would tell. I know I am much better. I have gained back my weight, and have had my prostate checked and it is pretty much normal. I know I licked the prostate cancer. Now, I will ask my question. I stay nauseated all the time. I don't take anything but vitamins and herbs to improve my prostate and over all condition. I have had hight bloodpressure for the first time in my life, but at present, It is about as normal as it gets. My energy is low, but that comes and goes. If I drink some ginger ale and belch, it seems to help temporarily, but the nausea comes back. I almost feel as if I vomited I would feel better. What do you think causes the nausea? I have even chewed on fresh ginger. I would appreciate any help you can give me. I feel like I have beat the cancer with all the personal things I have done for myself, I just can't shake this, and I don't know what I need to do. Thank you. Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy)

There is a bug that is fairly common in the stomach called H.Pylori.

It is believed that 50% of the population has this bug.

Click here for some information on naturally healing this bug.

That being said, if this is not the problem, you may want to try some of the natural remedies below, at one of my favorite natural medicine web sites, Mothernature.com.

http://www.mothernature.com/Library/Bookshelf/Books/15/37.cfm

This site touts ginger, which you have already tried, but there are some other suggestions as well.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have more questions.

Reply to Kerry's Post: Kerry...I had thought of h-pylori...however, I have one thing that is different from everything I have read...I am very alkaline...not acidic. I have done the salava and urine test to see. I run 7.8 or higher. From what I see, most h-pyloric patients are acidic. True? I don't mind trying some of the products mentioned for h-pylori, but I already take so many things, I don't want to over-load. I get nauseated before I eat, if I don't eat and some times when I do eat. It has been a real struggle. Like I said, I only take vitamins and herbs. I took high does of antibiotics last January, but no more to date. I've had periods where I felt much better, but I just need to know which way to go, so I don't spend a fortune on more pills I don't need. Thanks, Customer (name blocked for privacy)

Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy)

Thanks for getting back to me. Is it possible, since you are alkaline, that it is an over growth of yeast? Just a thought. Wish I could help more.

If the ginger isn't helping, try some peppermint. My grandmother used to swear by it, and it's stopped a lot of baby's colic in our family. Just a thought.

Reply to Kerry's Post: Peppermint just like everything else is only temporary. I just need to know what is going on in my body and why I am out of whack. I am missing something or getting too much of something. I thought about the yeast, but I don't think it is that. At least I don't think I have an over growth. I get colonics, and the therapist hasn't mentioned an over growth. Do you think I should try the product with the licorish (and I can't think of the other herb with it) for the h-pilori and see what it does? I don't have indigestion where I burp, but I do have gas pretty often. Maybe it could help. ??? Thanks, Customer (name blocked for privacy)

Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy)

I would sure give it a try. It is possible it is still h.pylori. It is a nasty bug that's for sure.

And, your remedy sure won't hurt you! Please let me know how it goes. I'm curious.

Thanks! Kerry
