Urinary incontinence is when you have trouble controlling your bladder at times. There really is not a connection between the hormonal changes and incontinence. I feel that you may have a couple of issues here, one being the hormonal changes causing a more easy arousal in you and also a possible problem with the incontinence as when you climax that is one of the hardest times to be able to control your bladder if you have some weakened muscles in the urinary tract which can cause incontinence especially if this is something you have just recently started experiencing. It is easier to control your bladder when running or exercising than it is when you climax so if it is a case of incontinence I feel at this time it is a mild one, which is why I recommended exercises to strengthen the muscles in your vaginal area. Kegal exercises can greatly help with this problem. Throughout your day tighten your vaginal muscles and hold then in then slowly release and relax and this can help to improve the chances of less urinary release upon climax. It could also be a case of emmision during orgasm, it is not urine but lubricating fluids like the fluids in male ejaculation. This usually comes from g-spot beneath the clitoris which has been proven in studies so it may not be urine that you are seeing but it is something to keep in mind. As far as the stimulation changes you are seeing I feel this is a hormonal change in your body that we can experience as we get older.
