I'm sure that Liz regrets that she cannot help you more but our terms of service (which you and she both read and agreed to) state that all correspondence must be done on the question page.
We try to communicate the fact that there is a cost for Experts to help you as clearly as possible. On our home page, we show several examples of recent questions that have been paid for, including how much the Customer paid... If you click just about anywhere around our site, you will see many questions and the value is clearly posted.
