You may have swollen membranes that block the opening of the eustachian tube. Decongestant nasal sprays, oral decongestants or oral antihistamines may relieve nasal congestion and allow your eustachian tube to open up. Also there are some OTC medication for ears as well. But if none of this helps, then you should see your doctor for further treatment, you may need an antibiotics.
