I have blister bumps on the inside of my vagina, what are they?

there are 4 bumps in a row that are bigger then the other ones. one of the big ones is almost scabby. the little ones are more inside and are kind of flat and white. nothing itches, i only feel sore when something touches them. I'm also sick, running from 99 to 101 temp. i've felt sick for three going on three days. the past two nights i've woken up drenched in sweat and my shorts have rubbed my vagina. i'm wondering if the bumps are from being sick, feverish, and sweating, or something else?
