i have recently gained weight i have been on anti depressants for 6 years and dexamphetamine for 4 years as i suffer with sever anxiety i dont eat alot of junk i eat alot of fruit i dont have a regular diet i drink water and i clean houses for my work 5 days a week i was 68 kg but have gone up to 74kg iam 5ft 9 inches
