from september to about may i suffer from fleeting

From September to about May, I suffer from fleeting heat/actitivty induced Customer (name blocked for privacy). Small bumps, sometimes red, raise all over my body. When my body temp. lowers, they go away with no evidence of the condition. In the summer, when its consistently hot enough for me to sweat, the condition is dormant until fall. The condition when active is extremely itchy and burns. I've suffered this condtion since 2000.
