how does lexapro mgday affect a fetus if there is any

how does Lexapro 20mg/day affect a fetus? If there is any doubt it might hurt the baby I need to know. I'm 9 weeks pregnant and take Lexapro for "anxiety" so I don't get so overwhelmed and stressed out over little things.
