I got my nose pierced a few weeks ago, and it is infected i think. It has like a wart or pimple type thing right near where i got it pierced so i was told to use sea salt to try and make it better and i have been using it for almost two weeks and it really hasnt changed much at all. What should i do to try to treat this infection more, any medication i can get? i want to be able to keep my nose piercing but have the infection go away.
