I have been experiencing eye twiching and sudden shooting pains behind my right eye. I constantly have a bad headache and no pain medication seems to help. I've been stressed out a lot and I'm not sure if this is stress related or something serious. What should I do?

You need to see your md and get a complete physical and possibly a referral to a nueurologist for an mri,It could be migraine,Its hard to say.
