I have a roommate that has a fever, diarreah, vomiting, nausea, but no head or body aches or chills. Is it likely a stomach flu or could it be a reaction to something he ate? I'll take him to the doctor if it persists but wondered what it could be.

Optional Information:
Male , Age: 28

Already Tried:
nothing yet. bought him some anti-diarrheal and nausea medicine at lunch but he hasn't taken any yet.

ACCEPTED Check Mark

Sounds as though it can be Viral Gastroenteritis, which some do and some don't have headaches, body aches etc.
