in the evening time{not every evening}i get a hot sensation down my arms and then flows through my body but starts in my arms and my heart starts beating fat as if i was trying to have an asthma attack,i do have asthma.but i get a knot feeling in my stomach where i was told that i have an ulcer just under the upper corner of the ribs where it makes a upside down v.i was told that it was anxiety/panick attacks,but i think it could be something else could it be?please can u help me,i took prozac it helped for a while then stopped.i am moody with my kids and my husband and i dont meen to be,but i feel nasty sometimes kinda like a bunch of butterflies in my stomach but it doesnt fell good.thanks,stephanie
