I have been getting dizzy spells (like head rushes) I was diagnosed with sinutis and have been on medication but they
seem to be getting worse. What are the other causes of this?

I am on levaquin right now but does not seem to be doing any good

This could be the result of fluid build up in your ears. This is where our equilibrium is regulated. Try taking sudafed or another decongestant for a few days, increase your water intake, and get some added humidity in your home. This should help a lot.
