Are Imdur, Proscar or <angiotrofin bloodthinners?

My father will receive a stem cell therapy, but the only requirement is that he not have taken any blood thinners such as aspirin. My question is, are Imdur, Proscar or angiotrofin, blood thinners and do you recommend stem cell theraypy as a safe technique?
