i've been experiencing have intense pain in my lower stomach and back after I eat for the past week. What could it be?

It could be your gallbladder if it is in your lower abdomen, as usually the symptoms are worse pain after eating, pain that radiates to the back or below the right shoulder blade, worse when taking a breath, and can be re-ocurring or continual. If this has been going on for a week you need to be seen as soon as possible by your health care physician so they can determine if this is the case and recommend the best course of treatment which could be reducing fat intake and medication to surgery to removing the gallbladder.
