(Not a Health Question?)

I need an over the counter medicine for eczema. What do you suggest?

I have tried neosporin, anti-inflammatory creams, hydrocortisone, hydrating creams, cutting certain foods out my diet and much more. The only thing that slightly works is a free sample I got from my general practioner 2 years ago, but I no longer have medical insurance. That cream was topical and I have since depleted my supply. The name of it is triamcinolone acetonide cream. Is there anything similar over the counter that I could try? I am 25 years old and support myself so any help would be appeciated. Thanx!!

Optional Information:
Female , Age: 25

Already Tried:
Benedryl and topical ointments

Relist: I still need help.
This would be a great answer if the affected area was on my arm or leg or such. However the area is on my neck, right where a necklace would hang, so saran wrap around my neck probably wouldn't work so well.

Every day it itches more and more. It itches the most when I get out of the shower. The area is extremely red and blotchy.
